How To Order An Aruva Unit

So, you’re seriously thinking that investing in one or more accommodation units for your farm might be a good business decision.

But…

You’re not sure of the process involved and you really don’t want to add just another complex task to your already busy schedule.

In your search for quality farm workers, you’ve realised that farms with on-site accommodation seem to attract the best applicants. So, maybe the time is right for you to do the same.

Or, maybe you’re thinking about diversifying your farm income by branching out into the Agritourism industry. How do you decide what type of accommodation is right to attract guests to your farm?

And, how easy will the process be?

To help you out, we’ve decided to show you exactly how the selection and ordering of our units works and how easy the process actually is.

In fact, we guide you through the entire process step-by-step from start to finish.

Follow along as we outline the complete steps to acquiring a new Aruva unit/units for your farm.

Even if you’re not yet at the final decision-making stage, understanding the simplicity of the process will put your mind at ease.

1. First, Let’s Say G’day!

Before we go any further, let’s say g’day and have a quick yarn about what we have on offer and how we can satisfy your needs.

When you contact us, we can chat about your needs and let you know which of our wide range of units would be suitable for what you have in mind.

We know our range inside out and can quickly point you in the right direction to several units that will fit your purpose perfectly.

Rest assured that’s there’s no pressure. All we want to do is have a friendly chat and then you can take it from there.

2. Take A Short Break For A Discovery Discussion

Our discovery discussion only takes around 15 to 20 minutes and we guarantee it will be worth your while.

During this brief discussion, one of our Accommodation Advisers will chat with you to work out exactly what your needs are. While the meeting is somewhat structured, it’s more of a casual chat so that we can ask the right questions to understand exactly what your needs are.

You also get to ask all the questions that you have so you can get to know us better and understand how we work.

For example, you might be looking for a one or two-bedroom unit for a new staff member that you’re just about to employ.

Or, you’re not exactly sure what type of units would be suitable for your new Agritourism venture. We can assure you that having a number of nice crisp units with modern fixtures and fittings will certainly impress your guests.

So much so, that they’re bound to tell their family and friends about the great experience they had visiting and staying on your farm. Plus, these units will be quick and easy to clean once your guests leave.

At the end of our discovery discussion, you’ll know exactly which of our units are specially made for your purpose and you’ll probably end up with a list of two or three that will suit.

3. We’ll Give You Our Rapid Accommodation Proposal

Our Rapid Accommodation Proposal is just our fancy way of saying that we’ll provide you with a quote.

By this stage, you will have chosen the style of unit or units that you want and the floor plans that will suit what you’re looking for.

Our team will get to work and cost it all out for you. This will be a comprehensive quote that will include any extras or inclusions that you want as well as whether you want us to take care of the installation.

To ensure that there are no surprises down the track, we ensure that we include absolutely everything in our Rapid Accommodation Proposal so that you’ll know exactly what you’re up for before signing anything.

Once we’ve completed the quote, we’ll share all of our costings with you either by phone or video conference.

4. Enjoy Our Real Living Experience

Before you make the final decision to give us the go-ahead, we want you to experience what it’s like inside our units.

You’re more than welcome to come and visit us at our factory and take a leisurely stroll through any of the units that we have on display, including what we have in stock, already built, ready to plug & play. This will allow you to get a first-hand experience of what it would be like living in these units.

You’ll get a complete sense of how well these units are finished off and see how we include quality fixtures and fittings for a truly comfortable home living experience.

But, if you’re unable to fit a visit into your busy lifestyle, don’t worry. We have access to the latest technology and can give you a virtual tour through our units via a video conference.

This will still allow you to see firsthand the quality of our units and we’ll be sure to show you absolutely everything that you want to see.

5. It’s Your Turn To Choose

Now it’s your turn to choose whether you want to buy one or more of our stock units or whether you want us to build your units from scratch for you.

We always strive to have a few stock units ready for sale in our factory. This is great if you’re in a hurry and you like what you see.

If you do choose one or more of our stock units, all you have to do is sign the proposal and pay the 10% deposit. Once this is done, we can schedule the delivery of your unit/units at a time that’s convenient for you.

Bear in mind, that the scheduled delivery time can only happen once you’ve got all the approvals that you need. Plus, you may have to do a little groundwork to even out the spot you want the unit located.

But, what about if you want a unit or units that are not in stock or you have some alterations or adjustments that you want made?

Not to worry because the process is just as easy.

All you have to do is sign the proposal and pay the 10% deposit. Our team will then start constructing your unit or units and we’ll give you an estimated completion date.

6. Take Delivery Of Your Unit/Units

Once your unit or units are ready for delivery, we will arrange a suitable time to get them to your property.

Or, you have the option of picking them up from our factory if that suits you better.

Either way, we’ll work with you to ensure that the whole process runs smoothly all the way.

If you choose to have your unit or units delivered, we can even install them for you if that’s something that we agreed on at the proposal stage.

7. Enjoy Our Real Care Program

But, our commitment to your complete satisfaction doesn’t stop there! We’re really proud of the care that we give to our customers which is why we established our 12-month Care Program (RCP).
